1. Right to return
The law only recognizes the consumer’s right of withdrawal in the case of contracts made outside the commercial establishment, by catalog or at a distance. In accordance with the provisions of the European Electronic Commerce Regulations, approved on September 20, 2011, the return period for an item is 30 calendar days, counted from the date of receipt.
Likewise, and in accordance with the same regulations, e-commerce companies must only assume shipping costs if the item is returned because it is defective, and are exempt from this payment for any other reason. Therefore, the buyer will be responsible for the costs of returning the item if it does not meet their expectations.
To exercise this right, it is necessary to notify the seller of your intention to revoke the sales contract within the period indicated above. Once the withdrawal has been communicated, you must return the merchandise in the same conditions in which it was delivered to you. It is essential that the product you are returning is in its original condition, it must not be used or damaged, it must be in the original box or packaging, retain the labels, the original packaging and the accessories included inside the box.
ANUSKAS ETHNIC JEWELRY, for its part, will refund the amount of the order as soon as possible. Order revocations or returns of merchandise outside the indicated period (30 days), nor returns of used or damaged items, will not be accepted.
Remember that only products purchased directly on this website can be returned using the procedure described below. If you have purchased ANUSKAS products in a physical store or on other websites, they must be returned to the same place where you purchased them.
2. Return procedure
A- Refund for not meeting your expectations
The withdrawal must be communicated to the seller by email to the address info@anuskas.com where you indicate:
1) name and surname
2) order number
3) reason for return

After receiving the item and checking its perfect condition, we will credit your card, which will be effective according to the conditions of your bank.
For the return to be correct, the following conditions must be met:
– The product must not be used or damaged
– All products must be packaged in the same way in which they were received and keep the accessories included in the box. If you do not have the same package, it must be large enough to contain the item.
– The product must be returned within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt.
B- Return for defective
Send email to info@anuskas.com, including:
1) name and surname
2) order number
3) reason for return
4) photograph of the item (where the defect can be seen), in order to provide an effective solution, if possible, before return.
5) shipping the package cash on delivery (shipping costs are borne by ANUSKAS ETHNIC JEWELRY)
The return only applies to products purchased that are within the warranty. It is essential that defective items are returned in good condition for proper evaluation.
3. Change procedure
Ordinary
If what you want is to make an EXCHANGE (size), you must first RETURN the item you want to exchange (to do this, you must follow the procedure explained in point 2.A) and request the new size. It is not necessary to make a new purchase.
The new purchase is only made in the case of a model change.
4. Return shipping costs
A – Refund for not meeting your expectations
Shipping costs will be your responsibility, so we will refund the amount of the order less the corresponding shipping costs.
B- Return due to shipping error or defective
ANUSKAS ETHNIC JEWELRY assumes all corresponding shipping costs (round trip).
